Portsmouth has confirmed that 13 first team players will leave the club when their contracts expire at the end of June. The announcement was made via the club's official website. Among those departing is Jazz Younger, who spent eight years at the club and was part of the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division title-winning team in 2023/2024. Other notable departures include Emma Jones and Emily Pitman, both of whom were also part of the title-winning squad. Portsmouth finished the season with just 14 points from 22 matches and are set to play in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division next season, despite continuing their full-time operations.
