Presbyterian women enter wrestling season with returning All-American talent

The Presbyterian women's wrestling team begins its season with nine returning NCAA qualifiers and eight returning All-Americans. Head coach Brian Vutianitis manages a deep roster following the team's fifth-place finish at the 2026 NCAA Championships. The program recorded 18 dual wins last year, tying for the most in the NCAA. Key contributors include Maddie Kubicki, who placed at the championships in each of the past three seasons, and May Cuyler, who finished fifth in the 2026 tournament. The Blue Hose will face a challenging schedule including the Desert Duals, where they are slated to compete against North Central. Vutianitis aims to improve upon last year's performance to contend for a trophy at the 2027 NCAA Championships.
