Prescott defeats Northwest Christian with late touchdown and two-point conversion

Prescott improved to 3-0 on the season after a 22-21 victory over Northwest Christian on Friday, Sept. 11. The game remained close until the final minute, when Brody Hanna scored on a 5-yard run. Following the touchdown, Prescott opted for a 2-point conversion attempt and succeeded, moving ahead of the Crusaders with only 32 seconds remaining in the contest. Northwest Christian quarterback Luke Pearson finished the game with 209 passing yards in the loss. The Crusaders, who fall to 2-1 following the result, look to recover in their next matchup. Prescott is scheduled to host Lee Williams on Sept. 18, while Northwest Christian returns home to face Gila Ridge on the same date.
