Ramapo football overcomes early deficit to win against Ridgewood

Ramapo defeated Ridgewood 43-24 on September 10 at Drew Gibbs Field in Franklin Lakes. Despite giving up a 95-yard touchdown run and two interceptions early in the contest, Ramapo scored 20 consecutive points to establish control. The team relied on a rushing attack that produced 250 yards from three primary backs, while quarterback Luke Magerko connected with Cole Seyffer for a 70-yard touchdown pass. Special teams contributed to the scoring when Brandon Barry blocked a punt, which Tyler Sorafine recovered in the end zone.
