Rangers reject transfer bid for Chermiti; striker leaves match injured
Summary

Rangers have rejected a bid for striker Youssef Chermiti, who left Saturday's match against Hibernian due to injury. Manager Derek McInnes confirmed the offer did not meet the club's valuation, reportedly made by Galatasaray. Chermiti, 22, joined Rangers from Everton in September 2025, becoming the club's most expensive signing since 2000. McInnes indicated the club is focused on building the squad and is working on additional signings this summer.
