Rashunda Jones hosts youth basketball camp in South Bend

Rashunda Jones, a senior at Arizona State and former Washington High School standout, conducted a youth basketball camp at the Martin Luther King Jr. Dream Center in South Bend on August 8. The camp attracted nearly 20 local students from grades 3-12, inspiring them with skills training and providing school supplies. Jones, who led her high school team to a state championship in 2022, emphasized the importance of giving back to the community that nurtured her. She collaborated with her mother and former coach Steven Reynolds Jr. in organizing the event to encourage local youth to pursue their basketball dreams and stay focused on positive opportunities.
