Ravenwood shuts out Summit 28-0 in rain-delayed homecoming game

Ravenwood defeated Summit 28-0 in a football game held on September 11 in Brentwood. The contest experienced a 30-minute delay in the third quarter due to inclement weather and lightning threats. Ravenwood held a 7-0 lead when play was halted, later extending the advantage to 13-0 upon returning to the field. Quarterback Brooks Brown recorded 255 passing yards and two touchdowns on 17-of-25 passing. Caden Pace contributed to the offensive effort with 76 rushing yards and 75 receiving yards. Summit struggled to generate aerial production, finishing with 34 passing yards, though Miller Wise led the team with 98 yards on the ground. The result brings Summit to a 1-3 record for the season.
