Rayo Vallecano signs midfielder Rayane Belaid from Atlético de Madrid

Rayo Vallecano officially signed midfielder Rayane Belaid to a five-year contract. The Spanish-Algerian player joins the LaLiga side from Atlético de Madrid following a permanent transfer agreement. Under the terms of the deal, Atlético de Madrid retains fifty percent of the player's economic rights. Belaid, an Under-19 European champion in 2024, made his LaLiga debut in April 2026. The move aims to provide Rayo Vallecano with additional midfield depth and attacking options for the current season. Belaid has already joined the squad under the direction of the club's coaching staff.
