Richarlison will not be part of Tottenham's lineup for the League Cup tie against Liverpool scheduled for Tuesday. Manager Roberto De Zerbi confirmed the Brazilian forward's omission despite Tottenham's ongoing struggles to score goals this season. Richarlison had initially been informed he was not in the first-team plans and was left out of the 25-man Premier League squad. He previously turned down a move to Vasco da Gama and failed to secure other transfers. De Zerbi indicated that discussions with Richarlison about extending his contract did not resolve the situation, and he remains sidelined after attending the goalless draw with Everton last weekend.
