Roberto De Zerbi assures Lucas Bergvall of future role at Tottenham

Summary

Roberto De Zerbi and Johan Lange met with Lucas Bergvall to discuss his future at Tottenham Hotspur. Bergvall expressed a desire to leave due to concerns over his playing time, having started only one match in seven under De Zerbi last season. Despite Bergvall's interest in departing, Tottenham management confirmed he is not for sale. The club aims to strengthen its midfielder options by targeting Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes, potentially limiting Bergvall's opportunities. He prefers a number eight position, less suited to De Zerbi's current tactical approach.
