Rocori defeated St. Cloud Apollo in a volleyball sweep on September 10 at St. Cloud, Minnesota. The Spartans won the sets 25-8, 25-3, and 25-4, finishing the match in under an hour. This result extends the losing streak for the Eagles to 33 consecutive matches. Rocori head coach Heidi Willenbring used the opportunity to rotate players, including senior Ava Viere, who recorded a kill in a non-traditional position. The Spartans, coming off a 3-1 victory against Sauk Rapids the previous day, maintain momentum as they prepare for a September 15 match against Bemidji.
