Roma has reached an agreement with Wolfsburg to sign Konstantinos Koulierakis for €16.5 million plus bonuses and a 20 percent cut from any future sale. The two clubs finalized the contract details, and Koulierakis is expected to undergo medical tests in Rome on Saturday.
