Roma targets Jamie Gittens among other forwards for January transfer

AS Roma management is exploring options to strengthen their squad before the January transfer window, focusing on acquiring a winger to enhance their attacking capabilities. Jamie Gittens, currently with Chelsea, remains a key target, alongside other forwards including Real Madrid's Endrick, Stuttgart's Leweling, and Frosinone's Kvernadze. The club is also seeking a midfielder to complement their current roster, which features players like Koné, Cristante, and De Roon. With an ongoing injury challenge, the club's strategy may pivot on securing impactful signings similar to past acquisitions. Initial scouting efforts hint at a desire for players that could adapt to coach Gasperini's tactical approach.
