Ryan Day and Sean McDonnell highlight UNH 2026 Hall of Fame class

The University of New Hampshire announced its 2026 Hall of Fame class, which includes notable figures such as former football quarterback Ryan Day and football coach Sean McDonnell. The induction ceremony is scheduled for Homecoming Weekend on Sunday, Oct. 4. Alongside Day and McDonnell, the class features former soccer player Josh Bauer, cross-country runner Rosie Donegan, skier Aileen Farrell Terrien, swimmer Amy Perrault Perkins, women’s hockey player Carisa Zaban Wahlig, and coach Jim Boulanger. Day, a UNH graduate, set multiple school records during his playing career and is currently the head football coach at Ohio State. McDonnell led the UNH football program for over two decades, achieving significant accolades throughout his tenure. This event commemorates their contributions and achievements in athletics at the university.
