Saint Anselm hockey, golf teams join Little East Conference in 2027

Saint Anselm College will transition to NCAA Division III in the 2027-28 school year, with its men's and women's hockey and golf programs set to join the Little East Conference. Their move follows the school's reclassification from Division II, allowing these teams to compete for Division III championships starting in the 2029-30 season. The Hawks' men’s and women’s golf teams and men’s hockey team will conclude their final season in the Northeast-10 Conference this year, while the women’s hockey team will participate in the New England Women's Hockey Alliance. The transition aims to enhance competitive opportunities for Saint Anselm athletes.
