San Francisco Giants and Pittsburgh Pirates meet at PNC Park

The San Francisco Giants continue a three-game road series against the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park today. Right-hander Landen Roupp takes the mound for San Francisco, carrying a 4.25 ERA and 133 strikeouts over 139.2 innings. He last appeared in a 6-1 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks where he allowed one run across five innings. Opposing him is Pirates right-hander Bubba Chandler, who holds a 4.26 ERA with 117 strikeouts in 131 innings. Chandler is coming off a 3-0 loss to the San Diego Padres where he surrendered two runs, one earned, in five and two-thirds innings. First pitch is scheduled for 3:40 p.m. PT as the Giants look to add to their season standing of 57-82 against the 68-71 Pirates.
