Sixers hire Phil Handy as assistant coach ahead of new season

The Philadelphia 76ers have appointed Phil Handy as an assistant coach on head coach Nick Nurse's staff as they gear up for the 2026-27 NBA season. Handy, who has 15 years of experience as an NBA assistant, most recently worked with the Dallas Mavericks.
