Spencer Hawes wore the number 00 jersey for the Charlotte Hornets

Spencer Hawes appeared in 92 games for the Charlotte Hornets while wearing the number 00 jersey between 2015 and 2017. As the third player in franchise history to wear that number, Hawes averaged 6.5 points and 4.2 rebounds during his tenure with the team. His stint in Charlotte ended at the 2017 trade deadline when the organization sent him and Roy Hibbert to the Milwaukee Bucks. In exchange for the pair, the Hornets acquired Miles Plumlee. Following his decade-long NBA career, which included a productive 2013-14 campaign split between the Philadelphia 76ers and Cleveland Cavaliers, Hawes played two seasons in the BIG3.
