St. Cloud metro boys soccer teams prepare for new season ahead

The 2026 boys soccer season in the St. Cloud metro kicks off soon. Cathedral, aiming for another strong run, looks to replace last year's top scorer Jacob Oliver, starting with an away match at Rochester Lourdes on Aug. 28. Sartell-St. Stephen seeks redemption after their quarterfinal loss last year and will start their season against Willmar on Sept. 1. Rocori also aims to contend, beginning with a road match against Willmar on Aug. 27. Apollo opens their season against Marshall, while St. Cloud Tech begins against Moorhead on Aug. 29, looking to rebound after a tough previous season.
