St Kilda ruck Rowan Marshall requests a trade for second consecutive year

St Kilda ruck Rowan Marshall has officially requested a trade for the second consecutive year. The club confirmed the news on Tuesday morning, noting that the 30-year-old remains under contract for one more season. Marshall previously sought a move to Geelong during last year's trade period, but the Saints declined to release him. Despite appearing in 21 games this year, Marshall has been displaced as the club's primary ruck option by Tom De Koning. While Marshall has not yet nominated a specific destination, he is reportedly interested in joining Geelong again. The Western Bulldogs and Essendon have also expressed interest in the player. St Kilda management stated that any potential trade must serve the best interests of the club.
