The Pittsburgh Steelers signed wide receivers Cornell Powell and Isaiah Winstead to their roster on August 10, 2026. Powell, a fifth-round pick by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2021, saw limited NFL action but led the UFL in receiving touchdowns while playing for the DC Defenders this spring. Winstead, who played for the Louisville Kings this year, caught 29 passes for 474 yards and three touchdowns. To make room, the Steelers waived wideout Colton Dowell and offensive tackle Lorenzo Thompson.
