Steelers monitor multiple player injury statuses ahead of Atlanta Falcons season opener

The Pittsburgh Steelers are managing several injury concerns heading into their Week 1 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Wide receivers Michael Pittman Jr. and DK Metcalf both returned to practice Monday after dealing with recent setbacks. Safety Jaquan Brisker also rejoined team workouts and is expected to be available for the opener.
