Suns eye top NBA Draft prospects amid potential trades for picks

Summary

The Phoenix Suns are considering trading up in the 2026 NBA Draft, with a focus on high-potential players. General manager Brian Gregory, in his first year, previously executed several notable trades, including selecting Rasheer Fleming. As the Suns may lose Mark Williams and Collin Gillespie to free agency, the draft becomes a crucial opportunity for roster replenishment. Potential targets include Tarris Reed Jr. from Connecticut and Baba Miller from Cincinnati, who are projected to be selected earlier in the second round. Gregory could also explore options, like Spanish guard Sergio de Larrea, to address immediate needs.
