Sutton United sign Bobby Amartey and Ben Brookes on loan

Sutton United have bolstered their squad with the additions of defender Bobby Amartey and wing-back Ben Brookes on short-term loan deals. Amartey arrives from Leicester City and will remain with the club until the end of November. Brookes joins from York City on a loan agreement running until mid-December after being left unregistered for the current League Two campaign. These arrivals follow the recent loan signing of midfielder Joe Knight from Stevenage. Sutton United currently sit fifth in the National League standings with 12 points after winning four of their opening six matches. The team is scheduled to host Scunthorpe United at home this Saturday.
