Teagan Henry earns athlete of the week honors after record performance

FootballGreenon senior quarterback Teagan Henry was named the Dayton Daily News Athlete of the Week for the period of Aug. 24-30. Henry led the Knights to a 43-6 win over Northwestern on Aug. 28, setting a new school record with 420 passing yards. He completed 33 of his 47 pass attempts, recording four touchdown throws and two rushing scores in the victory. Now in his third year as a starter, Henry attributed his performance to improved field vision and consistent pressure from the offensive line. He is aiming to lead the team to an Ohio Heritage Conference South title this season, building on the experience gained during his previous two years at the helm of the offense.
