Tennessee football schedule poster incorrectly features George MacIntyre as quarterback

The Vol Network released a First Horizon Bank promotional poster for the 2026 Tennessee football season that displays sophomore George MacIntyre instead of the team's starting quarterback, Faizon Brandon. Brandon was named the starter on August 24, just nine days before the posters were released to the public on September 2. The printed materials also include Josh Heupel, DeSean Bishop, Arion Carter, Braylon Staley, and Ty Redmond. It is likely the design was finalized prior to the official announcement naming Brandon as the starter. The bank recently reached a 10-year, $120 million agreement for jersey patch sponsorship with the program. Tennessee is scheduled to begin its season against Furman at Neyland Stadium on September 5.
