Tennessee Titans claim Nazir Stackhouse and four other players off waivers

The Tennessee Titans added defensive lineman Nazir Stackhouse to the roster via waivers after the Green Bay Packers released him. Stackhouse, a former Georgia standout, appeared in 13 games as a rookie for the Packers in 2025 and finished with 12 total tackles. The 6-foot-3, 320-pound lineman went undrafted in 2025 before securing a spot on the Green Bay 53-man roster. In his collegiate career at Georgia, he recorded 96 tackles, three sacks, and one interception while winning two national titles. The Titans also claimed four other players from the waiver wire to bolster the roster. These additions include linebacker Owen Pappoe, offensive tackle James Hudson III, defensive back Melvin Smith, and safety Terrell Burgess.
