Tight end Luke Sohyda commits to Ohio State for 2028 recruiting class

Luke Sohyda announced his commitment to the Ohio State football program on Tuesday. A tight end from Canon-McMillan in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, Sohyda received an offer from the Buckeyes after participating in a 7v7 camp this past June. He visited the campus in Columbus for the season opener last Saturday, where he met with the coaching staff and viewed the game atmosphere. Sohyda holds a three-star rating from the Rivals Industry Ranking and is currently categorized as the 24th-ranked tight end in his recruiting class. He is also ranked as the 16th overall recruit within Pennsylvania for 2028. Following his visit to the season opener, Sohyda confirmed his decision to join the program to his coaches.
