Titans DB Nazeeh Johnson undergoes successful ankle surgery

Tennessee Titans defensive back Nazeeh Johnson has successfully undergone ankle surgery according to reports from August 18. The procedure follows his previously announced six-game suspension for violating the NFL's Performance-Enhancing Substances Policy. Johnson, signed by the Titans in late July, will now be sidelined during the suspension that begins on August 30. The 28-year-old cornerback had claimed the failed drug test might relate to fertility drugs. He can still participate in training camp and preseason until the suspension starts.
