Tottenham joins clubs chasing Celtic's Arne Engels ahead of transfer

Tottenham Hotspur has expressed interest in acquiring Celtic midfielder Arne Engels as they look for replacements for Lucas Bergvall. Engels, 22, has become a sought-after player in Europe with interests from clubs like AC Milan and Napoli. His current deal with Celtic has 18 months remaining, and he aims to secure a move following the World Cup. Reports indicate that Celtic may accept a lower transfer fee than the £25 million valuation to facilitate a sale. Tottenham's interest is still at an early stage, and further developments are expected soon.
