The former champion noted that she sustained several injuries, most a broken hand that resulted in a permanently displaced knuckle. Stratus suffered the hand injury after hitting Victoria during a match. While she initially continued working, medical confirmation later revealed the break. The wrestler chose not to undergo corrective surgery, which led to the knuckle remaining inside her hand. Additionally, Stratus recounted experiencing a disfigured thumb and multiple broken noses during her time in the ring. Despite these injuries, she stated that she does not experience chronic long-term pain from her wrestling tenure.
