Twins host Rockies in ongoing matchup at Target Field

Summary

The Minnesota Twins face the Colorado Rockies at Target Field, starting at 6:10 PM CDT. The game follows a controversial previous outing, described as potentially the dumbest game in baseball history. Twins pitcher Mike Paredes, with only five major-league games, takes the mound against Lorenzen, who has a struggling 2-9 record for the Rockies. Both teams seek to improve standings, with Minnesota trailing the wild-card position by just 1.5 games. The matchup is pivotal for the Twins to maintain momentum after last night's effort.
