Vikings sign five players to practice squad on September 30

The Minnesota Vikings announced five practice squad signings, including punter Johnny Hekker. Running backs Devin Neal and Audric Estime join outside linebacker Keshawn Banks and offensive lineman Josh Priebe on the squad. Hekker returns as insurance for Brett Thorson, while Estime had a stint with the New Orleans Saints before being waived. Banks has had a varied career, including time with the Green Bay Packers and the New England Patriots. Priebe spent last season on the Miami Dolphins’ practice squad. The team's practice squad now features a total of 15 players.
