West Virginia secured a commitment from Moni Williams, a three-star running back from Memphis, on June 12. Williams, who stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 200 pounds, chose the Mountaineers over programs including Vanderbilt, Wisconsin, and Ole Miss. This commitment adds to a strong 2027 recruiting class that currently ranks third in the Big 12 and 34th nationally. Williams had a standout junior season, putting up significant rushing and receiving numbers.
