Westfield volleyball player Carsyn Comer signs apparel brand deal

Westfield senior volleyball player Carsyn Comer signed a branding agreement with the apparel platform MyPlayer Next. The collaboration introduces a limited-edition clothing line featuring the Louisville commit's name and signature. This deal follows a recent IHSAA board of directors ruling that permits Indiana high school athletes to profit from their name, image and likeness, provided they avoid using school property or depicting institutional affiliation. Comer, a middle blocker and ranked recruit, selected designs in Louisville school colors of red and black for her collection. She is the first in Central Indiana to leverage these new rules, joining other athletes like Elli Strecker and Luca Bombacino in similar partnerships. Comer continues to prioritize her high school season while exploring additional potential opportunities, though she notes that many current offers remain restricted to college-level participants.
