WWE releases Jasper Troy during latest round of NXT talent cuts

WWE has initiated a new round of talent releases centered on its NXT developmental brand. The company previously parted ways with over two-dozen talents following WrestleMania 42 earlier this year. Jasper Troy is the first performer confirmed to be affected by these current personnel moves. Troy joined the organization in 2022 and later secured an NXT contract after winning the first season of the reality series WWE LFG. During his tenure, he held the WWE Speed Championship for over 100 days before losing the title to Elio LeFleur. While reports indicate that additional cuts are currently underway, no main roster talent is expected to be included in this cycle.
