Xavi Espart leads Barcelona minutes played after three LaLiga matches

Barcelona defender Xavi Espart is the only outfield player to participate in every minute of the club's opening three LaLiga matches this season. The 19-year-old solidified this mark after playing the full duration of Monday's 5-2 victory against Rayo Vallecano at the Spotify Camp Nou. Espart has featured as a starter in each of manager Hansi Flick’s three competitive fixtures, consistently operating on the left side of the defensive line. Goalkeeper Joan García is the only other player in the squad to start and complete all three matches in the campaign to date.
