Yankees rally past Tigers to end four-game win streak

The New York Yankees defeated the Detroit Tigers 4-3 on June 23 at Comerica Park, snapping the Tigers' four-game winning streak. The Yankees scored three runs in the sixth inning, with Jazz Chisholm, Jr. hitting a two-run home run off Tigers starter Casey Mize. Although the Tigers fought back, closing the gap with two runs in the bottom of the sixth, they couldn't complete the comeback. David Bednar secured the final outs for the Yankees, preserving the lead. The Yankees put pressure on Mize early and capitalized on key hits to secure the victory.
