Andress rallies in fourth quarter to secure 20-17 win over Franklin

Andress overcame a 17-7 fourth-quarter deficit to defeat Franklin 20-17 in high school football action. Trailing for much of the contest, the Eagles produced two late scoring drives to regain control. Quarterback Jamari Milton rushed for a 17-yard touchdown on fourth down, and running back Julian Guzman capped a subsequent drive with a 7-yard scoring run. Calvin Hutchings sealed the win for Andress with an interception of Robert Torres with 1:28 remaining in the game. Franklin had maintained a lead behind an effective clock-management strategy throughout the first half, but the team stalled offensively late in the matchup. Andress will face Chapin on September 18, while Franklin is scheduled to host Parkland on the same date.
