Anthony Edwards identifies Boston as a favorite NBA road venue

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards recently named Boston as one of his favorite road cities to play in during the NBA season. Despite citing TD Garden as a challenging environment, Edwards grouped the city with Madison Square Garden and Philadelphia among his preferred stops. The Minnesota guard has faced the Boston Celtics at TD Garden five times throughout his career but remains winless in those appearances. Across those five games, Edwards averaged 27.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 5.0 assists. The Timberwolves are scheduled to return to Boston to play the Celtics on February 12 as part of their 2026-27 schedule. The teams are slated to meet twice during the upcoming regular season.
