The Toronto Blue Jays signed right-hander Justin Topa to a minor league contract on June 3, 2026. Topa, 35, brings experience to a struggling bullpen impacted by injuries. He was designated for assignment by the Minnesota Twins last month after posting a 17 earned run average over 19 innings.
