Bully Ray discusses Vince McMahon's goals for The Dudley Boyz WWE return

Bully Ray says that his 2015 return to WWE with D-Von Dudley was predicated on specific objectives outlined by Vince McMahon. The former tag team champion stated that McMahon initially asked the duo to feature younger talent like Titus O'Neil and Darren Young, a request the pair disagreed with at the time. A later meeting clarified that the primary objective for The Dudley Boyz was to elevate The New Day, The Usos, and The Wyatt Family. Bully Ray noted that despite his reservations regarding the booking, he takes pride in the success those teams eventually achieved. He eventually requested his release three years into the contract after becoming dissatisfied with being used to put over makeshift tag teams.
