Dalton Schultz celebrates Texas governor's defeat with Instagram message

Dalton Schultz of the Houston Texans reacted to the defeat of Texas Governor Greg Abbott by posting a blunt message on Instagram: "Get F---ed!" The message came after a significant political shift in Texas, which saw Democrats winning key races after a long Republican dominance. Schultz, who has been vocal about his political views in the past, expressed support for new Governor Gina Hinojosa. His recent message surprised some fans who were previously unaware of his political stance. Abbott delivered a concession speech following the election results on November 3, 2026.
