Woodward Academy defensive lineman Tory Clark attended the 118th Apple Cup at Husky Stadium on Sunday, where Washington defeated Washington State 24-10. The three-star recruit traveled to the Pacific Northwest to observe the Washington program firsthand after an initial visit to see Oregon play Boise State. Clark, a member of the 2028 recruiting class, met with members of the coaching staff, including defensive line coach Jason Kaufusi. The Atlanta native highlighted the Huskies' physical defensive play and the staff's willingness to start younger players as key factors in his ongoing recruitment. This trip marks his second unofficial visit to Seattle since June. Through his first two games this season, the defensive lineman has recorded eight tackles and one sack for his high school team.
