Garner Hulst leads Hamilton past Holland Christian in rivalry game

Garner Hulst recorded multiple special teams and offensive touchdowns to lead Hamilton to a 45-26 win over Holland Christian on Friday at Holland Christian Stadium. Hulst caught a touchdown pass, scored on a direct snap, and returned both a kickoff and two punts for touchdowns during the victory. Holland Christian struck first when Griffin Leeuw connected with Wyatt Shook for a touchdown following a Hamilton fumble on the opening drive. The Hamilton defense later contributed a safety, helping the team regain momentum after falling behind early. Although Leeuw scored on a rushing touchdown for the Maroons, the team struggled with missed assignments throughout the contest.
