Indiana State athletic director Nathan Christensen receives contract extension and new title

Indiana State has announced that athletic director Nathan Christensen has received a contract extension through June 30, 2030, and will also assume the title of vice president. Since his arrival, Christensen has focused on increasing athletics revenue, contributing to $1.4 million in fundraising efforts. Under his leadership, ISU has secured seven Missouri Valley Conference championships in the past two seasons and has hired three new head coaches for baseball, softball, and volleyball. Christensen expressed gratitude towards the university community and emphasized the ongoing work ahead for Sycamore Athletics.
