Laneah Bryan joins U.S. women's team for flag football world championship

Laneah Bryan from El Paso will represent the United States in the IFAF Flag Football World Championship taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany, from August 13-16, 2026. The tournament serves as the last major event before flag football's Olympic debut in 2028. Bryan is entering her fourth year on the U.S. Women’s National Team and was part of the championship-winning team in 2024. Teams competed globally last in 2024, with the U.S. Women's National Team ranking second in the world as of now. The team recently concluded a training camp before the final roster announcement.
