Mercyhurst Prep golfer and coach each ace a hole-in-one on consecutive days

Mercyhurst Prep golfer Morgan Eastman hit a hole-in-one on August 20 at Cable Hollow Golf Course during the Warren Invitational. The senior's shot, made with a utility wedge on the par-3, 105-yard 13th hole, contributed to her team's runner-up finish. The next day, coach Kathy Lynch achieved her hole-in-one at North East’s Lake View Country Club, showcasing her second career ace on the par-3, 128-yard 12th hole with a seven-iron. Both accomplishments occurred within 24 hours, highlighting an inspiring moment for the team and program. The Lakers were scheduled for a mega match on August 24, but it was postponed due to inclement weather.
