Mission Valley Mariners sweep Glacier Twins in doubleheader

At Memorial Field on Sunday, the Mission Valley Mariners defeated the Glacier Twins in a doubleheader. In the first game, Mission Valley took a 7-2 victory, with Cody Haggard recording four RBIs and striking out five in 2 1/3 innings. Noah Agliano contributed with two RBIs and Cole Wadsworth had three hits. The Mariners continued their success in the second game, winning 15-1 after scoring eight runs in the sixth inning. Haggard again delivered at the plate with four RBIs, while Wadsworth, Holden Emerson, and Hunter Luedtke each drove in two runs. The Twins struggled offensively, with Trenton Derosa accounting for their only hit in game one and Tristan Libby driving in their lone run in game two.
