Sir Paris earns athlete of the week honors for Battle Creek Central

Battle Creek Central football player Sir Paris received the Bronson Battle Creek Athlete of the Week award for the period covering August 31 through September 5. The recognition follows his performance in the team's 31-26 victory against Lansing Everett. During the game, Paris caught a first-half touchdown pass and recorded 11 tackles. He also provided key defensive stops in the final moments of the contest, including a fourth-down pass breakup in the end zone and a late interception to secure the win. Coach Lorin Granger cited Paris's ability to perform under pressure and his role as a playmaker for the program. The award is presented by Bronson Battle Creek Hospital and the Battle Creek Enquirer through a fan-voted selection process.
